Let's make sure you're able to access the button, dbranham.

We didn't receive reports about the missing Save button. You'll want to perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that can cause some unusual responses. To isolate this, try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). To do this, you can simply follow the shortcuts below:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once signed in, go back to the transaction to double-check if you'll be able to access the button. If it works, return to your default browser and clear your cache. The cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

If the same thing happens, you might want to check out if this is related to your browser zoom settings.

Please know that I'm only a few clicks away if you have any other issues or concerns about your transactions. I'm always here to help. Enjoy the rest of the day!
