Is it possible to attach two expenses/transactions to one receipt? My Amazon receipt shows a total amount but amazon processed two transactions that total the amount

I found the two transactions  and tried to attach them to the receipt but QB says I have to choose one transaction, doing so prevents me from accounting for the total amount represented in the receipt.

There's currently no option to attach two transactions to one receipt, @cara-babiesandki.
 

I suggest sharing this great input to our product developers through feedback. Messages will be considered for future update and will help them make sure you'll get the best out of QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then select Next to submit feedback.
