Let me share some insights about importing mileage, sdwebb41302.

With QuickBooks Self-Employed, you'll have the option to import Google trips. You can find this option in the Add trip drop-down menu.

If you're unable to see it, you can try opening your QBSE account in an incognito or private window. Mostly, strange behaviors like missing UI are caused by the stored cache and cookies in the browser. These are shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome and Internet Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, go to the Miles menu. If you're now able to import your mileage, you'll have to return to your main browser and clear the cache. This deletes the junk files and enhances your browsing experience. You can also use other compatible browsers to further isolate the issue.

I've also added some references that you can read to help manage your milage in QBSE:

I'm just a comment way if you have further questions about mileage tracking. Have a good one.
