Is Quickbooks always this ***** ? Apparently there are no humans available to solve a problem. Is it always like this ? Absolutely appalling.

If I may ask, may I know the specific error message you've received when trying to connect Citibank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? 1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Help menu.
