We haven't received any reported case about scrolling problem with the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) transaction register through Safari. You can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. I'm here to guide you with the details.

 

First, open your QBSE account using a private window. In most cases, unusual behavior like this happens due to the stored cache on the regular browser you're using. For Safari, use this keyboard shortcut: ⌘ Shift N. For other browsers:
