Is the bank feed not refreshing after you match a transaction? This started a couple weeks ago. I match a transaction, and then it still appears on the list unmatched.

I'll share some information about the matched transactions that appears unmatched.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing issue where users like you are having issues matching the transactions. After matching the transactions, they still show under the For Reviewed section.

 

Rest assured our engineers are all hands in working on finding a permanent resolution for this issue.


I recommend reaching out to our support. This way, they'll be able to add you to the affected customers' list so you can receive updates about the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
     

For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start support, they are available from Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. While for the Advanced, reach out to them any time, any day.

Once you're all set, you can proceed with reconciling your bank account in your QBO account. This way, you can make sure the transactions from QuickBooks match your bank statement.
