Is the connection with America First Credit Union down?

In the meantime, let’s perform a manual update to refresh the online banking connection. Let me guide you through the process.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click the Banking tab.
  3. In the Bank and Credit Cards section, select America First Credit Union.
  4.  Click on the Update button.
  5. If prompted, input your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

I'm also experiencing the same issue, America First Credit Union is my primary business account and I can't use Quickbooks unless Im able to get these two to work. Any updates from Quickbooks?

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.

I would like to request Quickbooks to look into this please. I was just told by America First that there is no current issues and that everything should in fact work, I'm providing the conversation I had with them.

me: Hello. Im trying to connect America First with Quickbooks but America First Credit Union is the only bank that is listed as "Unavailable", its been like that for at least a week and from what I understand in the forums probably longer. Can I know why America First has this disabled?
them: You are allowed to us America First with Quickbooks. Give me a moment to see if this is anything on our end or if you need to contact them.
me: thank you!
them: Okay, Everything on our end looks good. You will need to contact Quickbooks. If they send you back to us, Please ask them for a reference number then contact us back and we will send a claim

I am also having a connection problem between QBO and my America first Credit Union accounts Jan 19 2023. Based on the last successful update in QBO, this problem has been going on for four days. I have tried manual updates which did not work. Then I tried to do a re-connect of the accounts, so I used the "disconnect account on save" button in the "Edit Account" dialog box, and the accounts did disconnect. But now when I try to reconnect, QBO has the message: "America First Credit Union is under maintenance Try again later."

This same issue happened to me a few months back if I remember correctly.
