Question

Is the only way to keep transactions in QB for years is by downloading them into CSV file? I keep losing entries when I use bank connection.

QB seems to download transactions from my bank but they only last for 90 days. How do I keep them in QB forever?

Yes, you can also download the transactions into a CSV file to ensure you will never lose the record and can upload them easily to QuickBooks just in case there will be a system issue and lose data.
