Thanks for posting here, @divd13963.

Let me help you fix your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) display.

Before anything else, we'd like to know if there's an error message shows up on your end.

In the meantime, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. The initial step is to access your QBSE account via incognito mode. This does not store cache files that may cause odd behaviors when running web-based programs. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, access your QBSE account. If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate accumulated data.

If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

Just in case you need help categorizing your transactions in the future, you can check out this article for more guidance: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
