Is their a way to deposit a check from a client into my quickbooks bank?

Congratulations on getting a payment from your client, Sue!

 

Depositing a check (e-checks only) can be done through invoice payment or via sales receipt with a Check payment method. Therefore, you will need a QuickBooks Payments (Merchant) account connected to QuickBooks Online to process one. Sign up for free if you haven't yet.

Payment will be deposited into your bank account within 2-3 business days. However, the first payments will take time to process because your Merchant account is being built at that time. Learn more about deposit times for QuickBooks Payments.
