As I know, the limit is $49,999 per transaction for QB Payment. If you are running a B2B company, you may consider to use a 3rd party processor to accept credit card payment and you’ll choose who pays the 2.9% tax deductible credit card fee- you or your customer. The default is your customer, but you can change this at any time.

Let me welcome you to our Community forum. I'd be happy to inform you about the limit on credit card payments, @lori-couturier-c.

With the help of QuickBooks Online Payments, you can easily and quickly take payments from your customers online. There is no limit on how many payments you can accept with credit cards. However, the money withdrawn from your customers' accounts may be limited.

You can acquire more information about the limit on online payments by contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team. They have the tools to access your account in a secure setting.

I've included the following article to help you handle your QuickBooks Payments: Merchant services enable credit card and eChecks processing.
