it is now November 25th and there is still an investigation with deposits not matching customer payments!

I have been going crazy as our bank feed & our QB's balance does not match!!!

I have gotten zero emails or updates about this issue! Very poor customer service!

I recognize the importance of matching your deposit to customer payments, @Obev1965. Let me help you fix your balances in QuickBooks Online.

When matching your deposit to customer payments, ensure that both transactions are recorded with the same amount. This helps to reduce the chances of error and ensures that your books are accurate.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our customer support team. This way, they can investigate the root cause of this issue and provide a resolution.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Select the Help icon and click the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue, then Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

RE: IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE TODAY?

Yes. There is a problem with QuickBooks Online every day.  Usually, there's a new issue about every day, in addition to all the old ones that Intuit doesn't ever fix.
