Is there a problem with updating bank records with quickbooks

I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my quickbooks to the bank and it connects however from 9/18/24 to the present no items are coming over from the bank to quickbooks.

Firstly, when you disconnect, any transactions that still need to be categorized in the For Review tab will no longer be visible. Additionally, if the transactions are over 90 days old, you won’t be able to download them from the bank when you reconnect. In such cases, you can manually upload the old transactions.

 

Secondly, there might be an issue on your bank's end. To confirm this, I recommend logging in to your bank's website and look for any system maintenance notifications. If you find any, reach out to your bank for guidance on the appropriate steps to take.

 

If you didn't receive any error messages, you can try signing in to your bank’s website to check if everything is working on their end. Then, manually update your bank connection to get the latest available transactions. Here's how:
 

  1. Select Banking or Transactions from the sidebar menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the appropriate bank account.
  4. Click Update.
