Question

Is there a way to cancel a pending transaction from my bank to an envelope? I doubled a desired action and I need to cancel one of them.

Canceling the duplicate transaction is indeed important, jehomesteadalpac. Let me share further information regarding this. 

 

Once you have processed your transaction within your envelope in QuickBooks Online (QBO), deleting or cancelling it within the software is unavailable. To resolve this, I suggest you contact our support team. They have the tools to access specific data and help you cancel the duplicate transaction.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?).
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  4. Type your concern and then click Continue.
  5. You may choose Callback, Appointment, or Chat to connect with us.
  6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First name, Last name, Email address, and Phone number.
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click Callback, Schedule appointment, or Chat.
