Is there a way to change multiple transactions at the same time? I need to update the Account Name for about 100 transactions across multiple Credit Cards

When you update an account name, it changes wherever it appears, no need to change every transaction.

Accounting > Chart of accounts

Select the account, choose Edit under Action (far right pulldown)

Change account name, Save and close.
