Question

Is there a way to create a bal sheet that shows only specific bank accounts? I have restricted funds that I need to do this for & I could do this w/the desktop version.

Thank you for reaching out to us, and welcome to the Community, lithopolis.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Balance Sheet report shows assets, liabilities, and equity accounts, but it cannot be customized to display specific bank accounts. However, you can run a report from the Account List that allows you to customize it to show specific bank accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports, and search for Account list.
  2. Click Switch to classic view, then tap Customize
  3. Hit Filter, then click the drop-down arrow beside Account.
  4. Tick the applicable box for you to add a specific bank account.
