We're glad to have you here today, sarah177.

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps together to find your missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, you can check the Banking menu to see if the transactions are sitting there. To do that:

  1. Go to Banking and select the Banking tab.
  2. Click the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
  3. Start from the For review tab. If you're able to find the missing transactions, categorize them into an account.
  4. Next, check the Categorized tab. If you found the missing transactions, but they're in the wrong account, unmatch and move them to the appropriate ones.
  5. Lastly, look in the Excluded tab. If you found the transactions there, select Undo from the action column and go back to the 3rd step to categorize them into the correct accounts.

Next, review your account history to look for older transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for the bank account and click View register.
  3. Look for the transaction and click it to get more details.
