Is there a way to get all payments to appear in the list of payees Bank Deposit list? Payments have been entered but some arent displaying in the "Received From" column

Hello @oa3,

 

In QuickBooks Online, the payments you've received from your customers will show in creating a bank deposit depending on the account used. By the system design, you'll have to use your Undeposited Funds account as the receiving account to create deposits and payments as one entry.

 

With this, let's consider reviewing the account used in all the payments in question. Making sure your Undeposited Funds account is chosen under  Deposit to. Learn more about your account with this article: Deposit payments into the Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks Online.
