I appreciate you getting in touch with the Community, @payments-dankish. I've got some information you need when importing Cash App sales in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The online banking integration for Cash App transactions is currently unavailable. That said, we can either manually add the transactions to your register or connect your bank account (the account where the Cash App payments are deposited) to QuickBooks Online.

Here's how to manually add transactions:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and choose Chart of accounts.
  2. Find the account register you want to review.
  3. Click View register from the Actions column.
  4. At the top of the list, select the Add journal entry, Add check, or Add deposit dropdown menu.
  5. Choose the type of transaction you want to add.
  6. Fill out the fields to complete the transaction.
  7. Once done, click Save.

If you connect an account, QuickBooks will automatically download and categorize the Cash App transactions for you. Before diving in, we'll have to take note that QuickBooks will only download the last 90 days or more depending on your bank.

Here's how to connect your bank account:

  1. Select Banking from the sidebar menu
  2. Choose Add account.
  3. Search for your bank.
  4. Click Continue, then enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window.
  5. Select the accounts you want to connect (you can also create a new one).
  6. Set the date range for the download.
  7. Hit Connect to complete the process.

Once done, you can now match and categorize the transactions.

Moreover, you may also check for a third-party app for the shipping label concern.

I've also included an article that you can use to locate transactions in your account registers so you may look them over or make changes to them: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers in QuickBooks Online.

If you need further help adding transactions to QBO, leave a message below. I'd be glad to assist. Enjoy your day!

@payments-dankish

Use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo) as a workaround.
