Yes, there's a way to join two credit cards in QuickBooks Online.

We can combine credit cards in QuickBooks by creating a parent account and sub-accounts to help organize your financial data. Please refer to the steps below to learn how.

To start, create a Parent Account for your bank account:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon section and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Fill in the necessary fields for the parent account.
  4. Save and Close.

Once done, create another two different accounts, then set up Sub-Accounts for Each Card:

  1. From the Chart of Accounts page, find the credit card account.
  2. Click the View register drop-down and select Edit.
  3. Check the Is sub-account box and choose the parent account you created.
  4. Save and Close.

Alternatively, if you’ve already set up the credit cards as separate parent accounts, you can merge them by following these steps:

  1. Find one of the credit card accounts you want to merge in the Chart of Accounts.
  2. Under ACTION, select View register.
  3. Click Edit and enter the same name as your other credit card account.
  4. Save and Close.

After combining your two credit cards, you can then reconcile the parent account. Please note that if the accounts are not connected to online banking, you can merge them to ensure proper reconciliation.

Connecting parent and sub-accounts for online banking is not allowed, so connect only the parent account if all transactions download to one account. If you prefer not to use sub-accounts, set up each card individually and connect them to your bank.

Moreover, I suggest checking this article for more references about credit cards with multiple sub-accounts: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.
