Is there a way to show missing expenses and bank transaction? Currently there are no entries showing after September 2023

We have options to help you find the missing expenses and bank transactions, @info-suebeevinta.

 

If you've connected your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online, your transactions are automatically downloaded and will show in the bank feeds. 

 

Since you mentioned no entries are showing up after September 2023, let's perform a manual update. Let me show you how:

 

  1. On the left panel. go to Transactions.
  2. Select Bank Transactions.
  3. Then, select Update.

However, you won't be able to download transactions listed beyond 90 days. You'll be able to manually upload them to do so.

 

Moreover, if you've manually uploaded your transactions, you can look for the transactions in the register. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Chart of accounts.
  3. Find the transactions in the search bar.
