Welcome to the Community @yfauxchick-hotma.

Currently migrating information from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is unavailable.

What you can do is subscribe to QBSE and cancel your QBO account to avoid double charges.

Once you’ve created a QBSE account, you can export the transactions from QBO and import them through .CSV File into QBSE.

Here's how to import your .CSV file into QBSE:

  1. In your new QBSE account, go to the Gear Icon
  2. Choose Imports, then click Imports old transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
  3. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data, then select Import.

For additional reference, check out this article: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

@yfauxchick-hotma

QBSE is a stand-alone product. You can only open a new blank account and import the bank data.
