Is there any options if I get the following access trouble Message errror : " we couldn't find a quickbooks on line account for this e-mail adress ?

Yes, there is another way. Let me help you recover your QuickBooks Online account so you can get back on track.

 

Its possible that the email you entered doesn't match the one on file. If that's the case, then you can use the phone you added to receive the verification code and recover your account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to our sign-in help page.
  2. Put the phone number on your account. 
  3. Enter the verification code we sent via text, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  4. Once done, reset your password. Or, you can select Skip.

 

Once you've logged in to your account, make sure to update the email address. Use this link as a reference: Update or change your Intuit Account login information.
