is there any problem betweet Bank of America Credit Card and Quickbooks

Hi there
Our Quickbooks can not collect the full transactions from Bank of America . there are a lot of transactions that were not updated to QB since Dec.2022. Now we need to add it one by one according to our bank statement. Usually we go to the Banking page to tick the transactions .
Also we find out that the reconcile page shows :

Your statements haven't come in yet, but we're working on it.

Check back in a few days. Refresh now
we followed the tips to refresh it ,but it still not work.

Let's get your missing bank transactions added to QuickBooks Online (QBO) by updating your account manually from the Banking page. It will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.

Here's how:

Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
Select the bank account with missing transactions.
From the top-right of the page, click the Update button.

Once done, check your missing transactions from the For review tab. If they still aren't showing, check out this article for other troubleshooting steps: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also recommend reaching out to your financial institution. There's a possibility that the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks was interrupted.
