Question

Is there any way to print your list of transactions from quickbooks, rather than a summary by category?

You can pull up the Transaction report in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how:

Go to Reports on the left navigation panel.

In the Search bar, type in Transaction List by Date.

Change the date range.

Click on Run Report.

I'd like to add from what Destiny4 shared, misschelsea-witc.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can export your transactions into Excel. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Type of transactions, Account, and date range.
  3. Refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard.
  4. At the upper-right, above the ACTION column, click the export icon.
