Is there any way to sync Privacy.com debit card transactions with Quickbooks Online?

The problem I have at the moment is as follows: The transaction shows up as an ACH withdrawal from my banking checking account. But it shows all transactions as coming from the same vendor - ACH - rather than showing the actual merchant name that I paid using the Privacy.com Visa card for each transaction so my bookkeeper cannot easily reconcile each transaction with Quickbooks expenses.

Welcome back to the Community! I can provide you with some information about your debit card transactions with QuickBooks Online. 

 

At this time, there isn't a way to sync the Privacy website directly to QuickBooks Online. Give our Product Developers feedback so they can consider this in the near future. 

 

Since you already have this bank set up in your QBO, and transactions aren't showing correctly when coming over, I suggest contacting the Privacy support team to see why this is happening.
