Question

It keeps not loading my bank account transactions I have to reconnect it at least once a month. I'm wondering if you would be able to help me figure out why it does that?

You'll want to consider visiting your bank's website or contacting your bank's support team to check if they're having any maintenance or updates ongoing that cause your bank to not load transactions inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If everything looks good on your bank's end, you may want to update the bank manually. Here are the steps:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to Transactions tab.
  3. Select Bank transactions.
  4. Click Update.
