It’s been 8 days and my money hasn’t been deposited in my account yet? How long should it take?

It seems that you're new to QuickBooks Payments. Let me explain when you'll receive the funds.

 

For the first 1 to 4 weeks of using the service, it'll take up to 5 business days for you to receive the money. The purpose of this is to establish your account and avoid future errors.

 

You can follow these steps to see your deposit speed.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

 

I suggest you check your merchant account to review your payment transactions:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then Invoice payments. This will take you to the Merchant services center.
  2. In Activity & Reports menu, select Transactions.
  3. Use the basic search for dates, and advanced search for names and transaction amounts.

 

Also, I'd encourage you to contact our Support Team so they can take a look and determine the real reason for the delayed deposit.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter "Customer Payment".
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
