It says that the payment was deposited yesterday but I do not see the money in my bank account

Let's make sure the payment will show up on your bank account, ecothauling.

 

Payments taken from QuickBooks Merchant Service are automatically posted on your Undeposited Funds account. All you need to do is manually deposit it your bank account.

 

Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Plus icon and select Bank Deposit.
  2. Select the bank account you wish to deposit the payments.
  3. In the Received from column, check the invoice/payment.
  4. Then, click Save and close.

You can also check the transaction on your Merchant Service Center. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Select the Activity & Reports tab and then All Statements.
  3. Find your most recent statement and select View.
  4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Tax ID number.
  5. View the Date in the Activity Summary. This is the date the deposit was made.
