It seems as though I no longer have the ability to access the Transactions by tag list. Has this been resolved yet? This was such a helpful feature!

I understand how you feel when you can't access the Transaction List by Tag Group. You can find the Transaction List by Tag Group by searching for it on the Reports page. However, if you can't run the report, I'm here to help you fix it. 

 

First, I'd like to ask what you have encountered during your access to that report.

 

  • Since you're talking about the report access, have you been invited by the owner as a user with only specific roles?
  • Did you see any errors while running the report?

 

If so, please reply below so we can help you fix it. As of now, let's do browser troubleshooting as a starter troubleshoot.

 

Sometimes, our browser fills too much cache, which could cause malfunctions to some features or slow down a website. As of now, I can guide you on troubleshooting your browser to ensure it runs with QuickBooks efficiently. Let's start with accessing QuickBooks Online using incognito mode or a private window.

 

Here are the shortcut keys to go private mode in a browser:

 

For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + N

For Firefox:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + P

For Safari:

  • Shift + Command ⌘ + N

 

If this works, you can proceed to clear your browser's cache and cookies to clear temporary files running in your browser that have caused the malfunctions. Otherwise, you can also use other supported browsers to ensure it runs QBO efficiently.

 

After that, you can also consider using the customize report feature to personalize your report to your preference.
