Just signed up with QuickBooks and got the QuickBooks cash card. Please help me find in my QuickBooks how to take a picture and deposit a check

I'm here to share information with you on how QuickBooks Cash account works.

 

When using QuickBooks Cash account or QuickBooks Online, it's not designed to capture and process deposit paper checks like what banks do nowadays. When depositing money and taking money out of your QuickBooks cash account, you'll need to have and connect an external bank.

 

To put money into your QuickBooks Cash account:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow menu.
  2. Select Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
  3. Choose Transfer in.
  4. In the From field, select (+). Then select your connected bank account.
  5. In the To field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
  6. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
  7. Click Finalize transfer.

To take out money out of your QuickBooks Cash account:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow menu.
  2. Select Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
  3. Choose Transfer out.
  4. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
  5. In the To field, select (+). Then select your connected bank account.
  6. Enter the amount you want to move out.
  7. Click Finalize transfer.
