When you use a Merchant Services (QuickBooks Payments) account, this offers you credit card processing and online payment support. The system lets you accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. 

If you mean your limit hasn't been approved, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments support.
