Link a Square Debit Mastercard Account to Quickbooks

I will be more than happy to assist you in connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online, Blanket-bliss. 

In connecting your Square Debit Master Card to QBO, we will not use any account or routing number. Once we connect your bank account, you only need to fill up the sign-in information on the screen.

The transactions that will download automatically will depend on your bank. Some banks will only allow three months of recent transactions. After connecting your bank, refresh your bank feed so the recent bank transaction will automatically download.

Follow these steps to connect with your bank: 

1. Go to Bank transactions.
2. Click Link account.
3. Search for the URL or the name of your bank.
4. Enter your sign-in information, then select Continue.
5. Select your account type on the Account type dropdown.
6. Select Next.

Please note that you have to choose the account type that matches your chart of accounts in QuickBooks. If you don’t see the correct account type, select +Add new.
