Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, WPLLC.

When connecting bank accounts to QuickBooks, you'll be asked to enter a date to pull transactions from. Some financial institutions allow you to download your last 90 days of transaction history, while others go back as far as 24 months.

The data sent to Intuit comes from your bank, so I'd recommend reaching out to their support team in regard to why some months aren't coming through.

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions.

Here's how:
 

1. In your left navigation bar, go to Transactions, then Chart of accounts.
2. Find the account you're working with and click its View register option.
3. Find your oldest transaction and write down its date. This will be the start date you use to avoid entering duplicate records.
4. Sign in to your bank's website.
5. Follow their instructions for downloading CSV files of transaction records to the computer you're using. If you're unable to find steps, you'll want to get in touch with their support team.
6. Check your date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
7. Download the transactions and save your file somewhere you can easily find it, like the computer's Desktop folder.

After downloading your file(s), you'll be able to review its file format and size, then upload the transactions.
