Linked bank account but made a mistake by downloading only 2024, how do I go back to get transactions from 2022 and 2023

I'll ensure to provide you with the steps of your missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Gabrielle. 

QuickBooks downloads transactions from your financial institution for up to 90 days, depending on the bank. Others cater for up to 24 months. 

However, to obtain transaction records from 2022-2023, I recommend contacting your financial institution to request the necessary transactions in a CSV file format. After this, we can then follow the steps to upload or import that data: 

1. On the left panel, go to Transactions.
2. Click Bank transactions. 
3. Select the Link account on the page, then click Upload from file.
4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
