Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Thanks for switching over to QuickBooks Online, @eBikeStore.

Your linked bank and credit card account in QBDT will not automatically be linked to QBO for security reasons.

Let's get your bank and credit card connected to QuickBooks Online by adding it to the system. Here's how:

  1.  Go to the Bookkeeping menu, then Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account, then enter the name for your bank, credit card, or credit union.
  3. Click Continue, then, sign in to your bank with your user ID and password.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps. It could take a few minutes to connect.
  5. Choose the accounts you want to connect, then select the account type dropdown. Choose the account type that matches your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.

Here's an article that you can read to learn more about how you can manage your bank account and transactions: Banking and Bank Feeds for QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted in the comments if you have any other questions. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Hello Katherine,

The Line of Credit account and the Checking account appear to be linked at the bank, so selecting one of them selects both of them.  Not sure how to correct.
