I added another company to my account. I tried linking the bank to it and it's giving me the message "You're already sharing data from these accounts".  I went through all my other companies and this one has never been linked to another company how do I figure out how to cure that error so that I can link it to this company

Hi there, @larrymalashock.

I'm here to ensure you can connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO) successfully.

You may have too much accumulated historical data causing this unusual behavior. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once signed in, go back to the Banking page and connect your bank account. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

In the meantime, you'll want to download your transactions from your internet banking website into a CSV file. Then, upload it to QBO.

Feel free to leave a reply below if you have further concerns about connecting the bank to QuickBooks. I want to make sure you're taken care of. Take care always.
