Use the Help (?) icon.
Click Contact Us.
Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
Choose Get a call.
Fill out your contact information in the available fields and select Confirm my call.
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available. Once you're in touch with an agent, they'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and assist with what you need help with.
