Linking to bank account

I have several bank accounts at CapitalOne and several accounts on QB. I am trying to link one of my QB accounts to the correct account at CapitalOne, but that account doesn't appear during the linking procedure??

QuickBooks Online and CapitalOne are two different softwares. They do have separate processes when linking bank accounts.

 

Based on your scenario, you're unable to see the QuickBooks account from CapitalOne. If this is the case, I'd recommend reaching out to their customer support. That way, they can review your concern and help you with your banking task.
