Question

Many transactions are missing after importing from my Chase Amazon credit card account. This issue does not happen with the other credit cards. How do you fix this issue?

It's our top priority to get your bank transactions updated.

 

To clarify, did you update your bank by importing new transactions with a CSV file or clicking the Refresh all button? If you uploaded them, I suggest checking the file you exported from your bank. Review if there are missing entries. If so, import the missing ones or manually add them.

 

If you refreshed your bank, I recommend signing in to your bank's website. Then, check if some alerts or notifications for known issues that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. In the meantime, you can download an updated list from your bank's website and upload them to QuickBooks
