match transaction screen is missing item from undeposited funds

You're in the right place for answers. Happy to provide you with the steps you need to take to match the payments in the deposit transaction in QuickBooks Online. This way, they can be classified accordingly.
 

You'll need to deposit the funds first so the money will show when you match the transaction. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the +New tab and select Bank Deposit. 
2. Pick the correct account in the drop-down.
3. In the Select the payments included in this deposit section, check the appropriate transaction and complete the needed information. 
4. Click Save and close.
