Matching PayPal to Credit Card transactions

I have connected my PayPal account to QBO. I am having trouble getting the PayPal transactions to connect with my Credit Card Transactions. I found the guidance on how match the expense on credit card w/ the transfer PayPay.  However, when go to match nothing ever comes up.  I also cannot figure out how to use that search field.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you in matching these transactions.


The filters and search fields in the Match transactions page are used to easily locate the matching entries. You can set the correct From and To dates based on when the transactions occurred. The Show drop-down is where you can select the type of transaction that you're trying to match. The Search field is where you can enter the payor, the payee,  or the amount.
