Memo from uploads using import journal entries are not reflected.

When importing journal entries, Memos and Description have different fields. If you've added details in the Description, it will appear in the line item of the transaction. While, the memo will be reflected in the Memo section. Just ensure you've mapped the fields accordingly.

However, if you've correctly mapped the fields and the issue persists, I suggest importing the journal entries into your account through a private/incognito window if you haven't tried it. The private window will not save any history, making it a good place to identify browser problems. Here's how:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the memo reflects using a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
