Missing banking transactions

I have 2 transactions from September that appear on my bank statement as well as on my online banking interface.  However, they are not appearing in QuickBooks.  These are the ONLY 2 banking transactions that have not pulled over and I cannot figure out why.  I have looked at the "Bank Register" in QuickBooks and have confirmed that these 2 transactions are not recognized by QuickBooks,

How can I resolve this so that I am in balance?

Happy to have you here in the Community, @integriby. I can help you with adding the missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Having the complete list of transactions in your bank register is important for reconciling your account.

Match your bank and card statements to your transactions to reconcile your account.

You can manually add the missing transactions by following the steps below.

  1. Open an account register.
  2. Add a transaction to the account register

For more details on adding transactions, you can check out this article.

You can also refer to this article to format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once you’re done adding and mapping your transactions, you can proceed with reconciling your account.
