Missing Banking Transactions

I have 2 transactions from September that appear on my bank statement as well as on my online banking interface.  However, they are not appearing in QuickBooks.  These are the ONLY 2 banking transactions that have not pulled over and I cannot figure out why.  I have looked at the "Bank Register" in QuickBooks and have confirmed that these 2 transactions are not recognized by QuickBooks,

 

How can I resolve this so that I am in balance?

It seems like you've posted twice here in Community. You can manually add your bank transactions to appear in your bank register.
