Hi! Does anyone else experience lack of https://connect.svb.com/ connection? We lost connection 4 months ago and can't reconnect as https://connect.svb.com/ doesn't show up 😞 We manually upload bank feed in .csv file but we keep growing and can't keep up.

An efficient banking activity in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is crucial when handling business operations, 1231. Allow me to provide information on this matter.

You can link as many accounts as you need to download recent transactions automatically. However, there are instances when you can't connect your bank in QBO. Here are some reasons:

  • Your bank won't connect to some types of accounts, such as personal or business accounts.
  • Your financial institution has various names on our list.
  • The bank isn't a participating financial institution.

Please verify you're using the correct URL by contacting your bank or visiting their website for any updates on their services.

Once verified but the issue persists, I suggest you request the SVB Go to support banking services to QBO. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking menu (Take me there).
  2. Select Add account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution.
  4. If the system can't search your bank, you'll get the message: Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks.
  5. Type the account provider name and its sign-in URL.
  6. Click on Request.

For additional information, click this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

In the meantime, you can manually upload the bank transactions into the program.

Additionally, here are some articles you can refer to in managing banking tasks in QBO:

If you have other inquiries about banking connectivity, get back to this thread to notify me. You can ask me for any details to help you clear things up. Have a good one.
