Let's get the issue resolved by doing primary troubleshooting steps, so you're able to see the last few months data in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @kgolden1.

To start, access your QBO account using a different private window to check if it's a cache issue or not.

Use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer:  CTRL + Shift + P

Once logged in, re-check the data if its already showing up. If it's working fine, clear the cache of your regular browser to erase the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too.

Please browse through these articles below about managing reports and other topics that you might use in the future.

Also, could you please let me know what specific data is missing, so I can give the exact information or resolution and to investigate too? You can leave a comment by hitting the Reply button below. Have a great day!

Ok, I did ctl shift N and chrome separately.  Data still missing.  My  company info starts 2004 and the most current is usually visible first.  Now it shows 2004 first.  Wondering if it's too much data, or if I have to condense early years.

I am missing my transactions from Late July to Mid September. I've tried some of your shortcuts to try and resolve but nothing. My bank is linked. What do I do?

I appreciate you following the steps shared on this thread to get this issue sorted out, @chromefreak. Let's find out your missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online so you can get back on track.

If it's your first time connecting your online bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks Online will only download the last 90 days of transactions.

However, if your bank is already connected in early July, and you missed these transactions to Mid September, I'd suggest you refresh your connected bank account to get the latest transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.

You can now review and categorize downloaded transactions to make sure they're added to your books.

Visit this link for further insights on exporting other historical transactions from the bank, and upload them to your QuickBooks company if you need more than 90 days of transactions.

Let me know if you have any other questions about this concern. I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can.
