I'm here to share some insights into why some of your bank transactions are missing, @sted715413. This way, I can help you find them.
Before digging into this issue, may I know what bank you’re using? Through this, we can check if there is an ongoing investigation with your bank to QuickBooks. I'd appreciate it if you provide additional information as it will help me provide a timely resolution.
Let’s start with using an incognito browser. None of your browsing history or data are saved here so it's a great way to check if the missing transactions are related to the cache gathered while browsing.
Here are the shortcut keys:
For Google Chrome, press Ctrl+ Shift + N.
For Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
There could be an issue with your bank connection at the time you uploaded the transactions. In this case, you can call your bank to verify if there's an ongoing issue.
If none, you can contact our QuickBooks Online support. It would be best to have them investigate it to further help you.
Here's how:
Go to the Help icon and choose between Assistant or Search.
Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
