Question

Missing Transaction from my credit card transactions. Even when I reconcile, the transaction does not show up, and I know it is no longer pending in my credit card bill.

I have transactions the day before and the day after the missing transaction.

Hi , @pjennings808.

 

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to get you pointed in the right direction.
We recommend updating your bank account manually to get the most current view of your data.

 

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Transactions menuand then select the Banking tab.
  2. Select Link account or Add account, and then select the Edit✎ icon.
  3. Click the Update button located in the upper right.

You can check also by reviewing account's history: 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Select the Chart of Accounts tab.
  3. Look for the bank account and select View register.
  4. Look for the transaction. Select it to get more details.

Thank you for the quick response.  It seems there is a technical issue.  The quickbooks representative stepped me through manually entering the transaction to be able to balance the account.
