Missing Transactions. I'm missing transactions for two and a half months. They show in my credit card statements but didn't roll over into Quickbooks.

You can refresh the connection of your bank accounts to initiate an integrated connect so it can download the missing transactions in question. Let me show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Transactions, select Bank accounts.
3. Toggle to turn off the bank account you do not wish to be updated.
4. Click Refresh all.
